Root Beer Float Pie

Who doesn’t love the taste of a root beer float in the summer? This easy-to-make Root Beer Float pie is a crowd pleaser at any picnic or backyard BBQ

  • 8 oz. Heavy whipping cream
  • 12 oz. Root beer
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 box Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 Graham cracker crust


  1. Mix the root beer, milk, and pudding mix until thick. 

  2. Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, and fold into the pudding mixture.

  3. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust, and freeze for four hours or refrigerate overnight.
